-By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed below.
-I reserve the right to decline any commission request if I don't feel comfortable with the subject or style.
-For commercial use (merchandise, VTuber assets, game graphics, stream overlays), please contact me beforehand to discuss commercial rates.2. Payment and Process
-Payment via Paypal-Payment timing: Payment is required after you approve the initial sketch and before I proceed with the lineart, coloring, and final details.-Once the sketch is approved and payment is received I will complete your piece.-WIPs (Work in Progress): I will message you with progress updates (sketch, lineart, and colors) to ensure everything looks right.3. Revisions
Minor changes (color tweaks, small details) are free during the draft/sketch stage.-Major changes (changing the entire pose, outfits, or redrawing from scratch) after the sketch stage is approved may incur an additional fee.4. Turnaround Time
-Turnaround time depends on the tier (usually between 1 to 2 weeks).-If any personal delays arise, I will notify you immediately.-You will receive high-resolution PNG files (original size + scaled-up version).5. Refunds and Cancellations-Partial refund may be offered depending on how much work has been completed.-No refunds will be issued once the artwork is completed and delivered.6. Copyright and Usage Rights
-I retain full copyright over my artwork.-I reserve the right to post the completed artwork on my social media/portfolio unless requested otherwise (please notify me if it's a private commission or a gift).-Do NOT claim the artwork as your own, resale it, or use it for AI training / NFTs. Credit is always appreciated
